Sarah: “We believe that everyone deserves to have access to good quality food. We try our best to use farming practices that are centered on sustainability and animal equity. My grandfather was a veterinarian and through him I learned a lot about animal care. Now, I am a sucker for any animal that makes its way to the farm. Markus always jokes that we have the most spoiled farm animals in the area.”
